We undertook a thorough kitchen and bath renovation, enhancing both style and utility. In the kitchen, we installed sleek new cabinetry, elegant countertops, and stylish backsplashes for a modern feel. Outdated appliances were swapped for energy-efficient ones, and new lighting improved the ambiance. In the bathroom, we replaced the vanity, fixtures, and flooring, and added a new shower enclosure. Our meticulous attention to detail ensured perfect transitions between materials and finishes, resulting in a beautifully refreshed and inviting space.

Performed comprehensive HVAC maintenance including furnace tune-up and boiler system inspection. Identified and replaced failed expansion tank and air vent in the in-floor heating system, which showed signs of deterioration after 21 years of operation. Set system pressure to 15 psi, verified proper circulation throughout the in-floor heating system, and confirmed all components functioning correctly.

Inspected AC system for reported leak; documented evidence of water damage on concrete surface near PVC piping. Identified active leak in the system and noted presence of a rodent trap in the utility area, suggesting possible related pest issues.

I was called to a home to install a new capacitor on an old Carrier unit. When I arrived, I found that the capacitor was not the problem. The unit was not cooling properly due to a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. The customer was happy with the results and thanked me for my help.
