Nearby Now launched an improved support mechanism for agencies. With this change, all support links from the admin portal will direct users to a new support form. On this form, we will gather pertinent information about the support problem the user is having, as well as provide a list of frequently asked questions that may help guide the user solving their own problem.
When the user completes the support form, the agency will receive an email with the details of their request, along with contextual information about the user (UserName, the Account they belong to, a screen-shot of their problem, etc).
We believe that this change will make customer support more efficient by eliminating the need to try and lookup who a user is, and having a contextual understanding who the user is, the company they are with, and what their needs are right in your support box.
